The Marine Botanica Thalassa Soap Bar is crafted with a therapeutic blend of brown and red seaweeds — Bladderwrack (Fucus spp.), Bullwhip Kelp (Nereocystis luetkeana), and Gigartina (Mastocarpus spp.) — inspired by long-standing traditions of applying seaweeds topically to support skin vitality, and formulated to highlight the many nourishing elements these unique seaweeds species have to offer.
Rooted in the concept of thalassotherapy (from the Greek thalassa, meaning “sea”), this bar reflects time-honored connections between ocean elements and wellbeing — a modern expression of sea-infused care.
Each bar is handmade in small batches with a luxurious blend of organic oils and scented with a balanced blend of essential oils. Gentle on the skin and ideal for dry or winter-season care.
